Gabby is a PhD student at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette studying Evolution and Environmental Science. She is currently researching evolved immunity to malaria in Hawaiian honeycreepers and is interested in genetics and disease ecology.

12 Is there anything you strongly recommend we watch and/or read and/or listen to? I’m a total DC nerd so I recommend their graphic audiobooks, the sound effects are so cool! I love listening to them on long drives or while doing lab work.
