Tyler is a recent Master’s awardee whose research focused on honey bee pollen nutrition. She’s been spending her time under social-distancing pretending that thesis edits count as self-car.

Recently, Tyler co-organized #BlackBirdersWeek with @BlackAFinSTEM and hopes to pursue career goals that allow her to combine her loves of science, storytelling, and making sure everyone succeeds spectacularly.

Tyler can be found screaming into the void on Twitter (@melliferocity) while also applying to jobs and wondering why there’s no rent freeze during a global pandemic.
